24 months
New devices
All brand-new products carry a 24-month warranty in line with EU consumer law.
12 months
Used & refurbished
Certified pre-owned devices are covered by a 12-month AVD Electro warranty.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects and hardware faults arising under normal use.
- Battery health falling below the stated threshold within the warranty period.
- Any functional fault that was not disclosed in the device's condition report.
What's not covered
- Accidental damage, liquid damage, or damage from misuse.
- Pre-existing cosmetic wear that was documented in the condition report at purchase.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
How to make a claim
Contact us at hello@avdelectro.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll arrange a free return label and assess the device within 5 business days.
