Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return most items within 14 days. This policy sets out how, and applies in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, notify us at returns@avdelectro.com within that period.
2. Return conditions
- Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with all included accessories and documentation.
- Please back up and remove any personal data, and sign out of and disable any activation locks (e.g. Find My iPhone / Google account) before returning a device.
- We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
3. How to return
- Email us with your order number to start a return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and hand it to the courier.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used to pay. Refunds are made in euros (EUR). Delivery is free, so no outbound shipping charge applies; return shipping via our prepaid label is also free for eligible returns.
5. Faulty or misdescribed items
If an item arrives faulty, or does not match its condition report, contact us and we'll arrange a free return and a repair, replacement or full refund — your choice where the law provides it. This is separate from, and does not limit, the 14-day withdrawal right or your warranty.
6. Exceptions
Certain items may be excluded from the standard withdrawal right where permitted by law (for example, sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons). Any such exception will be made clear before you buy.
