Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AVD Electro website at avdelectro.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by AVD Electro Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, Lower Silesia, Poland ("AVD Electro", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & condition

We sell both new and pre-owned (used / refurbished) electronics. For pre-owned devices we publish a condition report including a condition score, grade, battery health (where applicable), documented cosmetic defects and a functional test. These reports describe each device to the best of our assessment. Minor variations in cosmetic condition consistent with the stated grade do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices & currency

• All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
• We make every effort to ensure prices are correct; in the event of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders & contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation and/or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where the item is out of stock or where we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We accept card payments and bank transfer (open banking). We do not store your full card details. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Europe, typically within 2–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Delivery & Returns information for details.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law. Details and exceptions are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Warranty

New devices are covered by a 24-month warranty and pre-owned devices by a 12-month AVD Electro warranty, in each case in addition to your statutory rights. See our Warranty page.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts, and you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
