WARRANTY POLICY

 Repairs performed by AVD Industrial Electronics and Controls are covered by a limited time warranty as following:

• motors and servo motors                                 1 year

• electronic boards and electronic devices           6 months

Repair warranty applies only to failures occurring due to parts installed by or labor performed by AVD Industrial Electronics and Controls. Units must be returned to AVD Industrial Electronics and Controls for warranty repair.

Refurbished products sold by AVD Industrial Electronics and Controls hold the same warranty as a repaired device, respectively, motors 1 year and all other 6 months.

Failures within 25% of warranty period get immediate attention and AVD Industrial Electronics and Controls will support the freight. (Unit will be shipped the same method as original order. If customer request a different method freight charges will apply.)

AVD Industrial Electronics and Controls does not and can not guarantee software of any kind. Upon repair customer is solely responsible for reloading software onto the device. AVD Industrial Electronics and Controls only guarantees electrical functionality of device but not software functionality. The above being said, AVD Industrial Electronics and Controls will take all the measures possible to protect software from being destroyed while repairing a device.

Warranty is void if unit is tampered with, damaged due to physical abuse, or damaged due to failure of other machine elements, included but not limited to, contamination from liquids, metal chips, conductive dust, etc.

This warranty is in lieu of any other express or implied warranty, and all such other express or implied warranties are disclaimed or excluded.
