In shop repair is the most
common type of repair we specialize in. This way we manage
to get the device into a clean and safe test environment
where we can clearly identify the malfunction. The repair is
then done using safe and efficient techniques.
The normal sequence for an in-shop repair is the following:

Customer identifies part that is
malfunctioning.

Customer ships part (including
documentation if existent) to us or calls
for complimentary pickup in selected regions (London to
Toronto).

We send a quote for the repair to
the customer via fax or email.

Customer issues PO number and
repairs start.

From this time it will take
roughly 5 days until part is repaired. Some exceptions
apply.

We ship part (and documentation) back to customer
using their carrier or deliver in selected areas (London
to Toronto).
If the customer is time-pressed we
offer a RUSH REPAIR option. For
a slightly higher price, we cut down the time for repair
from 5 days to 1-2 days. The sequence is same as above.
